The All-Inclusive Package – the below is an example of a recent setup. These items can be tailored to your specific needs

- Install a garbage bin
- Install clothes line
- Painting of interior and exterior, as needed
- Install window treatments
- Install A/C’s in each room
- Install Ecosense A/C Sensors
- Install Ceiling fans in each room
- Setup Landscaping
- Install grill on veranda/windows
- Purchase and setup of all appliances and large furniture
- Ensure the home is fully furnished with all the needed Airbnb Essentials
- Decorating and staging to optimize comfort for guests
Typical Setup time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the home and amount of setup required.
