Thank you for your interest in Short Term (Airbnb) Property Management! Below is an overview of our services and pricing structure.
Fee of 25% of Airbnb Revenue includes:
- General management of complaints and concerns of guests or potential guests
- Coordinate Maintenance and repairs as needed (cost of labor and material will be billed at an additional, at-cost rate)
- Cleaning and Turnover of home for next guest
- Property inspection after each guest departure to check for damage to home and missing/damaged items.
- Replacement of damaged/missing items (cost of labor, materials or replaced items will be billed separately at cost)
The below services can be added for an additional fee:
- Airbnb Online Account Setup photos: $550 USD
- Airbnb Home Setup and Furnishing – personalized quote required
- Landscaping ($5,000 to $10,000 per visit depending on the yard)
- Pay monthly bills (up to 3 bills will be $2,000/month. More than 3 monthly bills would be $5,000/month)
- Pay annual property tax ($2,000 annually plus the property tax amount)
