Thank you for your interest in Long Term Property Management! Below is an overview of our services and pricing structure.
Fee of 20% of monthly rent (minimum of $10,000/month) would include:
- General management of complaints and concerns of tenants
- Coordinate Maintenance and repairs as needed (cost of labor and material will be billed at an additional, at-cost rate)
- Rent Collection
The below services can be added for an additional fee:
- Landscaping ($5,000 to $10,000 per visit depending on the yard)
- Pay monthly bills (up to 3 bills will be $2,000/month. More than 3 monthly bills would be $5,000/month)
- Pay annual property tax ($2,000 annually plus the property tax amount)
