The Colony

The Colony is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with 1,400 sq. ft. starting at $38,000,000 JMD for an end unit. The deposit for this unit will be $3,800,000 JMD.

The interior Colony units start at $37,500,000 JMD. The deposit for this unit will be $3,750,000 JMD.

Step One – Gather your documents

In order to secure a unit you will need to send all the below to Kemtek for processing.

• Photo ID
• Tax Registration Number (TRN) – to obtain a TRN from abroad click here: https://sidehustlemama.ck.page/products/jamaica-trn​
• Proof of Funds for Cash Purchases OR Mortgage Pre-approval Letter – if you need assistance obtaining a pre-approval letter, please follow this link to receive all requirements and instructions. Pre-approval letters are typically provided within one week.
• Ensure you have your 10% deposit ready to wire to Kemtek once you have been approved for unit.
• Completed Application Form. You can download the form below.

Step 2 – Send Application and Documents to Kemtek
