As many of you know, my husband and I are purchasing a home in Stonebrook Manor in Trelawny, Jamaica. We made the decision to purchase this home after already buying a Kemtek Home in Drax Hall Manor in 2016.
We are purchasing a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Stonebrook Manor for $14,500,000 JMD. I recently saw a resell listing for the same home and it was listed for $197,000 USD, which is roughly $27,580,000 JMD. This means that we have essentially already have equity of over $13,000,000 JMD in our house, and we have not even taken possession yet!
If you are doubting whether or not investing in Jamaican real estate is a good investment…doubt no more! If you have the opportunity to purchase real estate anywhere in Jamaica, I highly recommend it!
