Forms to Complete

Once you click the above link, you can enter your name and email to receive instructions and requirements for a pre-approval letter. The below forms with be emailed to you for completion.

  • Data Application Form
  • Statement of Affairs

Personal Documents to Provide

Here is a list of the documents you will need to submit as an overseas applicant.

  • Picture ID
  • Tax Registration Number (TRN)
  • Last 3 months pay stubs
  • Job Letter stating your title, length of employment and salary
  • Detailed credit report with score (TransUnion, Equifax or Experian)
  • W2 Forms for last 2 years (U.S.)
  • T4 Forms for last 2 years (Canada)
  • P60 Forms for last 2 years (U.K.)

Submit Documents for Approval

Once you have completed all necessary forms and gathered the personal documents you can submit them for approval. The process usually takes about a week assuming all documents are received timely. Often times the bank will need more information or clarification on some of your information. This is completely normal. Once the bank has reviewed all the information and you are approved they will email you a pre-approval letter that can be used to make an offer on available properties.
